Full Delivery Terms & Conditions
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 + VAT to mainland U.K. A delivery surcharge will also apply to some areas in Northern Scotland, Northern & Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For deliveries into Europe please call one of our sales advisors. Please see surcharges at the bottom of the page.
Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 3-5 days. Next day delivery can be arranged if needed. For next day delivery, orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 10am. We cannot offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day deliveries are subject to stock.
All deliveries are made to the nearest access point at the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The majority of deliveries will be made by luton van or lorry. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order. Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the couriers discretion, however, an indication of AM or PM delivery is generally offered.
If the driver arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there you will be liable for the re-delivery charge of £60.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on deliver as no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after our driver has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur a return delivery charge of £60. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will collect and replace the product. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received.
Domestic Delivery Surcharges
We offer free delivery for all orders over £50.00 + vat to mainland UK. For deliveries to offshore UK see surcharges below.
£75.00 + VAT surcharge per consignment will apply to the following locations:

For deliveries to destinations that require the use of Ferries, the cost of the ferry plus a 10% administration charge will apply.

Delivery Confirmation
We will contact you within 24 hrs of your purchase to confirm product and delivery details. We will also confirm a delivery time slot on or after 2pm, the day before the agreed delivery date, either by telephone, sms or email.
